- All emails must originate from Crimson or UA email accounts.
- All emails must include the class info (e.g. CJ 100) in the subject line.
- All emails for the instructor should be addressed to the @ua email address. Do not send emails to my @crimson address.
- You should follow proper email etiquette (more info can be found here: https://students.tufts.edu/career-center/i-need/network/professional-email-etiquette)
- Do not send more than one email in a 48-hour period or over the weekend, unless your issue is resolved.
Should you not follow the guidelines above, I offer no guarantee that I will receive or respond to your email. In addition, glitches do occur; emails have been known to be lost. It is your responsibility as a student to follow up on emails. If you still have not received a response after 72 hours have passed, please double check that you have followed the guidelines above, and if you have, then email me again. Emails that do not follow the email policy listed above may trigger an automated response from my inbox.
I have more than 600 students any given semester between classes and advising. I am simply unable to respond a dozen times to a single email simply to ask for your name, class info, etc. I would also like to remind everyone that the policy on "Proper Netiquette" applies to emails, too.
