Please make an appointment for either an in-person meeting or an email consult using the Calendly link below.
Note: Email advising is available on a more limited basis (e.g., provided there are no potential complications with your schedule).

Instructions for Treadway Advising
- Students must be prepared for their appointments (in-person or email) by following the guidelines below:
- Check DegreeWorks for remaining requirements.
- Look at the schedule to see which courses are being offered in the upcoming semester. (myBama --> student tab --> registration --> look up classes).
- Create a list of planned courses, including some alternates.
- Complete and submit the required Advising Form (now in Qualtrics!)
- Check your email. You will receive specific detailed info regarding your advising appointment once you have scheduled via Calendly.
- Repeat appointments are not allowed. Students are only allowed to meet with advisors once during the registration period. This includes email consultations.
- It is department policy that students only meet with their assigned advisor.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, miss your advising appointment entirely, or if you are not sufficiently prepared for your appointment, you will have to wait until the end of the registration period to meet with your advisor to discuss your schedule, which could affect your ability to register for a needed or desired course.
Please note that the spring registration and advising periods will include classes during the May interim, all summer semesters, and fall. Therefore, you should come prepared to your advising appointment with a plan for each of these semesters you plan to attend.
